Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Office Support Specialist to join our team in Oxnard, CA. The ideal candidate will be familiar with general office practices and tasks, possess strong math aptitude, and demonstrate proficiency in various administrative duties. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing real-time scheduling support, maintaining filing systems, and operating standard office equipment. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Operate standard office equipment, such as copiers, calculators, and adding machines.
Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate document retrieval.
Work quickly and accurately while performing repetitive tasks, paying close attention to detail.
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to adapt to new responsibilities and changes in the work environment.
Work independently on routine and recurring aspects of assignments.
Perform various word processing functions using MS Office products.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective calendar management and problem-solving.
Multi-task effectively and maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
Requirements: Familiarity with general office practices and tasks.
Strong math aptitude.
Proficiency in operating standard office equipment.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office products for word processing functions.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
