About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with an international client seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant professional to assist their Global Markets team.
This role will be integral to the coordination and smooth running of international programs and initiatives, involving close collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Job Description: The Admin Support for International Regions will assist Region Managers in executing projects and programs across different global regions.
This role involves organizing, coordinating, and maintaining communication, along with supporting various initiatives to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities: Assist Region Managers by providing administrative support, organizing meetings, preparing documents, and managing follow-ups.Support the Home Office Partnership program, including note-taking during meetings, preparing travel briefs for executives, and coordinating with stakeholders.Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics for international events.Collaborate with committee leaders to distribute promotional materials and resources, enhancing brand presence across regions.Work closely with other support teams to ensure consistent standards and quality service delivery.Maintain compliance with SOPs, document processes, and track program progress.Review and analyze data to provide recommendations for process improvements.Qualifications: Between 2-4 years Administrative experience supporting a teamPrevious experience in an international business environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across multiple regions.Additional Details: Full time, excellent benefit package after hire including generous time off and profit sharingHybrid work environmentOpportunity to work on international projects and gain global exposure.Perks: Collaborative and supportive work environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.Generous benefits, PTO and career advancement.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
