Insight Global is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a leading real estate development company specializing in retail development properties.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our real estate development team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the office in Portland, Oregon.

Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives and team members.Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.Document Management: Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases related to projects, clients, and company operations. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
