YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As an Administrative Assistant representing the local program office, you'll provide high-level support to an interdisciplinary team, including the Program Director, Supervisors, Social Workers, and client-facing staff, who share your dedication to making a difference in the lives of others.
You will be relied upon to prioritize multiple situations at once and take the lead to determine what support or resources are needed.
You will be supporting the front office by overseeing routine office operations, processing the program's financial and human resources documentation, maintaining multiple spreadsheets and databases, data entry and filing of client and administrative files, managing the locales' petty cash, and interfacing with multiple departments, program staff, and clients.
It will take creativity and drive to go from one pivotal task to another while maintaining patience and exhibiting professionalism in times of high stress.
You'll communicate and utilize Outlook to coordinate meeting schedules and appointments and provide meeting support such as creating agendas and taking meeting minutes.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS At least two years' of experience working in an administrative assistant or secretarial capacity Customer-service focused Detail oriented Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Experience working in an office setting using various office technologies and equipment Strong organizational skills Basic understanding of invoicing and coding, banking and money handling Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines Must meet all required conditions of employment including background clearances HIPAA experience is not required but is of significant value to the role.
