Administrative Assistant

Details of the offer

A minimum of four years' full-time position related, administrative assistant experience in an executive office environment, which includes a minimum of two years' personal computer experience performing word processing and working with databases, graphs, and spreadsheets.
Requires a minimum of 55-60 wpm typing and/or keystrokes on a personal computer keyboard and the ability to type accurately from rough drafts or voice recording equipment.
A 2-year AA degree in Business or a related discipline and/or secretarial or business training certification or the equivalent in training and experience is desirable.
Knowledge of Business English usage including spelling, grammar, punctuation and vocabulary.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Supervisory experience is desirable.
