As an Administrative Assistant at Pure Storage, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Pure Legal Leadership team and work closely with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Administrative and Legal Officer. This role includes meeting coordination, note taking, calendar management, expense management, contract management, finance management, content creation including presentation decks, and ad hoc projects as they arise. Certified notary preferred.
SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
Meeting Coordination:Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in advance.
Note Taking:Drafting meeting agendas, minutes, and follow up on action items.
Calendar Management:Creating meeting invitations, managing meeting priorities as directed by Legal leader.
Expense Management: Managing expense reports in Concur our travel and expense platform.
Contract Management:Assist with routing contracts for hardcopy or electronic signatures, distribute to internal teams and third parties, and obtain notarization or regional stamps when necessary.
Document Management:Collect and manage department mail, support the legal document repository/records and maintain an up-to-date and intuitive filing system.
Finance Assistance:Process purchase orders and provide support for new vendor requests, including working with Pure's Procurement team and system.
E-Billing and Budget Projects:Assist with e-billing, spend, and budget projects as needed.
Intake Triage:Maintain legal processes between the legal department and internal and external constituents, and guide other business function/department members on legal's engagement process as required.

Experience with technology platforms preferred (e.g., Concur, DocuSign, Goodle Suite, ServiceNow, Slack, PO systems, and E-Billing systems).
You will be based in Santa Clara, CA. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.
The hourly compensation: $38.00 p/hr – $58.00 p/hr.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
