Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to be part of the largest third-party logistics company based in the Pacific Northwest.

They ve been in business for the last fifty years Nationwide and internationally.


Responsibilities
Process equipment invoices and dispute incorrect charges; order and deliver supplies
The answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

Process bank deposits; occasionally help to answer phones; etc.

Assist the Accountant team and other financial professionals with editing financial documents.

Qualification
High School Diploma, Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Computer and Microsoft office
Must be able to pass drug testing and background checking
Prior administrative experience, accounting knowledge
Attention to detail, willingness to learn, flexibility
