Duties - Mange RFP submissions
- Support Sales projects, trade shows, materials, shipping, meetings
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to support sales initiatives
- Provide administrative support such as preparing sales proposals and reports
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in maintaining CRM systems like Salesforce to track sales activities
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Work in-office, with remote work 1-2 days a week with manager approval
- Occasional travel to trade shows when needed to support Sales team members
- Report directly to the RVP of Sales, and collaborate heavily with Marketing and the Executive Assistant to the CEO/COO
Requirements - Previous experience in administration or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of CRMs is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using technology for sales purposes
- Familiarity with territory management and cold calling practices
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
- Business development acumen is desirable
