Administrative Assistant

Rice & Rice Attorneys is currently seeking a FT Paralegal / Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This position will work direcctly with a senior attorney and be involved in client meetings with him.
It will also include a variety of tasks including travel arrangements, word processing, calendar management, file management, business correspondence, administrative skills, scheduling appointments, inbound/outbound calling, and data entry.
Some local travel between our three offices may be required.
We have offices in Valparaiso, Lafayette, and Granger.
The ideal candidate will have an Associates degree or above.
Strong skills in spreadsheets and general office duties are required.
The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential for success in this role.
