+ This role manages and processes Inflight CERS reports, CEER reports (DOT, Disability, LTD, etc.)
and supports Flight Attendants post events by collecting statements regarding events.

+ This role ensures that our team members are submitting mandatory documentation on time and that pertinent details are shared with key stakeholders and regulatory agencies in a timely manner.

+ This role is a part of the Inflight, Support and Response team within the Customer Experience-Flight (NFLT) group.

**What you'll do**

Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations._
+ Process Corporate Event Reporting System (CERS) reports.

+ Complete follow up wellness calls to Flight Attendants to provide support and to attain additional event details when needed.

+ Gather statements for all Customer Experience Escalation and Resolution reports, including by not limited to DOT/ADA complaints, LTD investigations, and Discrimination complaints.

**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Knowledge in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

+ Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions based on information gathered/reviewed.

+ Ability to actively listen - giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate.

+ Critical thinking ability - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
