The ideal candidate possesses strong accounting and operations skills and is willing to/ eager to help us ensure efficient office operation by providing administrative, operations support, and by overtaking some of the accounting tasks.

This position currently requires 20 hours a week and has the potential to become full-time.

These are your tasks: - Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence, such as helping to plan meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for employees. Maintain office supplies/equipment and support in office activities and operations as needed. - Accounting Tasks: Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Prepare scheduled financial, sales and commission reports. Send out monthly statements and contact past due accounts. - Operations Support: Assist in Purchasing, Receiving and Inventory tasks. Support E-commerce activities, product listing, and report gathering of tracked KPI's. Support Marketing activities such as trade show organization, Showroom preparation for customer visits. What you bring with you: EDUCATION: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Administration preferred. EXPERIENCE: Proven experience as an Administration Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role. KNOW-HOW: Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices such as proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). SOFT SKILLS: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach and a strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. OTHERS: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
