DHL Global Forwarding manages the flow of goods and information across a customer's global supply chain utilizing air/ocean/ground transportation, customs brokerage services, and dedicated warehousing/distribution centers.

Overall Role Purpose:
To support Americas Finance, Air Freight and Ocean Freight team on a daily basis.
Administer general administrative support processes and activities to effectively meet information requests and determine trends, ensure smooth running of business activities and meet administrative needs in line with business needs, stakeholder requirements, Group guidelines and policies.
This position will be based in Miami, FL
Accountabilities:
Support delivery of administrative support processes and activities
Provide timely and effective administrative support for Americas Finance, Air Freight and Ocean Freight management and team such as arranging meetings and travel, developing agendas, preparing and submitting expense reports etc.
Work with Account Payables to charge taxes in respective cost centers as well as intercompany billing when needed
Update DGF US Account payable systems monthly - expenses charged to AFR cost centers, due to meetings and fees/taxes covered due to air tickets purchased ex AFR ticket bank.
Perform administrative tasks such as research, data processing and validation, and documentation
Gather information and data for formulations of recommendations, decision papers and presentations
Reconcile data, conduct initial analysis and generate standard reports on results and updates to support other team members and enhance coordination
Follow and achieve compliance with established procedures and ensure proper usage of administrative support processes and policies
Resolve recurring issues faced during delivery as per defined processes, systems and methods
Answer queries of other staff members of relevant committees/ boards/ departments to maintain relationships and enhance customer satisfaction

Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience supporting business leaders.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to support decision-making.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
