Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the mortgage department, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Assist with document preparation, such as gathering and organizing mortgage-related paperwork Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in the mortgage department Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring accurate distribution Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration is a plus Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Able to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment Familiarity with mortgage terminology and processes is a plus Benefits
