Data entry test REQUIRED IN SUBMISSION PACKET. Client is not concerned about speed but they are for accuracy.

Act as clinic facilitator

Shift Details:

40hrs, full time - 8 hour shifts (staggered 7-3:30 and 7:30-4).

Holiday Requirement:

Some staff needed for Columbus Day.

Weekend Requirement:

3 Saturday flu clinics; not all staff needed to work these days.

Anticipated Start Date:

October 1, 2024 (with mandatory 2 hour orientation the week prior to start).

Length of Assignment:

4 weeks with the possibility of extension based on performance and availability - 1 hr orientation the week prior to start which is set to take place in the last week of September.
