Responsibilities:
Complete daily book keeping tasks
Receive and enter rent payments in Property Management System.
Prepare, review, and submit Investor/Owner Monthly Reports, for approval.
Send investor/owner monthly reports once approved.
Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment.
Organize and maintain digital files and databases in a confidential manner.
Manage communication including emails and phone calls as per Brokers guidelines.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.
Receive deliveries.
Assist Regional Manager with ordering office supplies.
Any other tasks assigned by Broker/Regional Manager
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Associate degree, or some college in business administration preferred.
Dual language proficiency, written, spoken, and understanding English and Spanish
1-3 years of administrative assistance with book keeping experience, required.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with shifting demands
High degree of attention to detail
Accurate data entry skills
Working knowledge of general office equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
