About the Job:
We are looking for a team player and self-starter to join our Workplace and Executive Support teams.
The Administrative Assistant will be a part-time role working Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (approximately 25 hours/week) and will report directly to our Director of Internal Communications & Engagement, with a dotted line to our Executive Assistants.
The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years of experience working in an administrative support and/or office coordination capacity.
This person will be responsible for completing tasks critical to our workplace and supporting 2-3 Bombas executives.
What you'll be responsible for: Serving as the point person for employees and guests entering Bombas HQ - staff the front desk to greet guests, answer questions, manage badge access, and direct visitors, as needed.
Monitoring, refilling, and reordering office supplies, snacks, and coffee, in addition to tracking and managing corresponding budgets.
Retrieving, sorting, and notifying recipients of packages, mail, and deliveries, and creating mailing labels + scheduling messengers as needed.
Supporting 2-3 Bombas executives by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Coordinating executive and department travel; including flights, cars, and hotels.
Managing expense reports and reimbursements for relevant executives and teams.
Working closely with the rest of the Executive Support team to coordinate schedules between executives for key leadership meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
Assisting with setup and breakdown for meetings + events and helping with other ad hoc workplace tasks.

What you'll bring: 1-2+ years of experience in administrative support and/or office coordination.
Proficiency in Google applications and Canva; preferred
Bombas is committed to delivering competitive and equitable pay for our employees.
The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $17-$20/hour, with an estimated 25 hours per week.
However, the hourly pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need.
The Bombas package offered for this position may also include other elements, such as a discretionary bonus.
