**Job Description:**

HD Supply Holdings is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our remote team. This part-time position is ideal for an independent and reliable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in supporting the operations of our office and helping to maintain the efficient functioning of our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and teams.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including room bookings and equipment arrangements.
- Draft, review, and edit a variety of documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.

2. **Communication Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all communications reflect the professionalism and values of HD Supply.
- Maintain and organize email correspondence and documentation, ensuring a streamlined communication flow.

3. **Time Management and Organization:**
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage deadlines to ensure timely completion of all assignments.
- Maintain an organized filing system for electronic and physical documents for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist in managing calendars, including scheduling appointments, reminders, and follow-ups.

4. **Data Management:**
- Input, update, and maintain data in various databases and spreadsheets.
- Compile and analyze reports as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the preparation of budgets, invoices, and expense reports as necessary.

5. **Project Coordination:**
- Assist with various projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are fulfilled.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects, providing administrative support and logistical coordination.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation to track progress and outcomes.

6. **Resource Management:**
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure that necessary resources are available.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries for team members.

7. **Team Collaboration:**
- Foster a collaborative virtual work environment by actively engaging with colleagues.
- Build strong professional relationships, treating colleagues like an extended family, and contributing to a positive team culture.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
- **Education:** High school diploma required; additional education or certification in administration or related fields is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with online collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello).
- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Reliable: Consistently delivers high-quality work on time and adheres to deadlines.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, demonstrating an ability to prioritize workloads efficiently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
