Our client, a leading fashion brand, is seeking an Admin Assistant to join their Sample team in New York team on a contract basis!
Responsibilities: Ensure all samples are tracked correctlyCreate and manipulate Excel spreadsheetsComplete data entryManage email correspondence with cross functional teamsSupport with and general organizationWorking cross-functionally with Sample teamReview seasonal samples with Merchandising teamTurning over, encoding, pulling and returning samplesHelping with creating shot recordsManage stills of all sample by categoryPartner with the Merchandise Coordinator to monitor inventory delivery to warehouse Qualifications: 1+ years of relevant experienceProficiency in Excel, Jira, or another digital asset management software.
