Administrative Assistant - Seminary Development (Part Time)
Job Description:
Provide administrative support for the office of Seminary Development & Alumni Engagement.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the office of Seminary Development & Alumni Engagement to include: Answer the telephone General correspondence Assist office with gift processing, format and generate acknowledgement letters and gift pledge reminders Order and maintain office supplies Job Requirements: Education, Experience and Skills: Bachelor's Degree preferred and one or more years of experience in a college/university or office environment Must be comfortable working in a Catholic Seminary environment Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and website software.
Able to learn Slate and Workday.
Ability to maintain confidentiality Must be: organized, have strong attention to detail, team-oriented, good written and oral communications, excellent interpersonal/customer service skills, flexible, and able to handle multiple-tasks in a (sometimes) fast-paced environment Must work independently, as well as with a small & large team Pay Range/Hours/Benefits $16.50 - $18.50/hour, (depending on experience) Part time (20 hours/week) Tuition Remission Benefits.
