The Administrative Assistant role provides the support needed for the delivery of services to our clients.

Administrative Assistant Key Performance Objectives Include: Serves as the primary first point of contact for all visitors and individuals seeking assistance.
Takes all incoming telephone calls from individuals requesting services.
Accurately documents all information and referral calls on the call logs.
Provides referrals to external community resources for services.
Maintains the daily staff log to track staff who are working in the office or remotely.
Monitors the flow of clients into the office on a daily basis by maintaining the client sign in/sign out sheet.
Orders and maintains inventory of office supplies for the office.
Schedules maintenance appointments of vehicles to ensure vehicles are properly maintained.
Processes the mail on a daily basis that includes retrieving and distributing mail and taking mail to the local US Postal Service.
Manages the client laundry appointments on a weekly basis.
Provides tangible assistance items to clients and accurately tracks tangible assistance.
Monitors, organizes, and maintains the office space to ensure the needs of the program are met in an efficient and professional manner.
Maintains client confidentiality in communications with clients, staff, and others at all times to preserve clients' rights.
Supports agency fund raising and public relations activities.
Minimum Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A minimum of two years of administrative support experience is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Work and Excel) is required.

The ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines is required.
A demonstrated record of providing a high level of customer service is required.
The ability to self direct to accomplish tasks is required.
Act 33/34 clearances are required.
