Sync Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Staffing Specialist in the BellFlower area!!!
A Sync Staffing Specialist will recruit, interview, screen, and build relationships with employees and help "Sync" them to the right job opportunity to match talent and personality.
Staffing Specialist will:
*Audit applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
*Recruit effectively to minimize turn over.
*Calculate payroll hours to submit for processing.
*Handle employee relations as needed.
*Interact with client customers on a daily basis.
*The ideal candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and have a confident, positive attitude willing to go the extra mile and help contribute to a growing team.
*Experience in the customer service field or in an office setting is preferred.
*Bilingual in Spanish is required*
