Summary of the Position:

We are always looking for great Administrative Assistant talent to support Tishman Speyer customers (tenants), the Property Management teams and corporate offices across our New York City properties.

The responsibilities will consist primarily of traditional administrative assistant and receptionist duties in addition to events, organizational projects, and ad hoc support.

*All our Administrative Assistant positions are in-person and located in Rockefeller Center, Midtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities: Go above and beyond to support high level executives in calendar, expenses, phone coverage, travel, presentations and personal assistance.Assist as needed with gift bags, events and hospitality initiatives.Anticipate needs, be attentive to detail, and professionally represent Tishman Speyer.Build relationships with internal and external clients to encourage future requests for your assistance.Confidently meet with (tenants) within their space, training alongside and supporting them.Become expert in job responsibilities, ZO (including ZO app), Tishman Speyer buildings and services which are outlined in handbook.Support and grow with the ZO Assist business as we work to expand the offering to additional locations.Provide backup support for colleagues and customers during vacation/sick days, understand that the team may work on or around holidays.Demonstrate resourcefulness and flexibility while under pressure and handling last-minute changes.Organizational skills to assist with supply closets, pantries, and coordinate office moves.Train new members of the team.Ability to lift 20 lbs. Qualifications and Key Competencies: Bachelor's Degree is required.1 to 3 years entry level administrative experience in a professional environmentHighly proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable interfacing with senior level executives and customers.Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.Strong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills.You enjoy a fast-paced environment where you are moving between multiple offices and floors a day.Look forward to engaging new customers and understanding their unique culture.Have a passion for hospitality, sales, client relationships, customer service, clerical and administrative work.

The base compensation range for this role is $55,000 to $60,000.
This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees.

This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role.
The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyer's New York team, as we've considered factors specific to this geography.
