ATA Services, Inc is currently seeking to hire an Absentee Support Clerk (Data Entry/Phone Bank) to work on a temporary assignment with the Bernalillo County Bureau of Elections.
This position is expected to last until December 6, 2024.THIS POSITIONS REQUIRES THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST INCLUDING MARIJUANA.Pay Rate: $16.15 per hour with weekly payStart Date: September 9, 2024Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., hours and days will be extended as neededLocation: SE Albuquerque - Gibson and Broadway Must be able to pass a criminal background check, and have a clean driving record and drug test - this includes marijuana.

Data entry, Phone bank, Processing Absentee applications, Election Board support, Mail preparation, FilingDriving privileges required
Job Requirements:
Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.High school diploma or equivalent is requiredExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to handle inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.Attention to detail for accurately managing schedules, paperwork, and guest information.Proficiency in using computer systems, including reservation software, email, and word processing software.Maintain a neat and professional appearance.Adherence to company policies and procedures.Respect for guest privacy and confidentiality.Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, and weekends.Ability to work under pressure during busy periods or in emergency situations.
