None QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide support for Chief Academic & Innovation Officer.Keeps records for the office and reports to internal and external departments and agencies.Acts as liaison between internal and external services and vendors for present and future operations.Responsible for file maintenance of division records.Coordinates office procedures.Assists with all correspondence for programs, which includes detailed files on schedules, vendors, and other related business. ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENTS: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, decisiveness and follow-up.Excellent record keeping (e.g., division records, as well as other state federal reports) to internal and external departments and agencies.Exceptional technical proficiency skills related to mandatory reporting on local, state, and federal level.Exceptional professional etiquette and responsiveness to staff, colleagues, and communityResponsible for file maintenance of division recordsCoordinates office procedures, including scheduling and coordinating meetingsAssists with all correspondence for programs which includes detailed files on schedules, vendors, and other related businessDepartmental Bookkeeping SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: Maintains financial records for all Instruction Division accounts.Enters and organizes/arranges data using Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, PowerSchool, and CSI Smart Fusion.Maintains multiple budgets and federal/state documentation for audit purposes.Completes purchase orders, payments, and budget reports through CSI Smart Fusion.Handles correspondence with media specialists, guidance counselors/career specialists and Gifted/Talented coach.Assists with SC Junior Scholar and Myrdis Walker programs.Assists with professional development meeting organization and set-up for the Instruction Division.Prepares yearly Home School reports for the district and the SCDE.Assists district Academic Gifted/Talented program with purchasing supplies and print orders.Assists the Gifted/Talented Theater Arts afterschool program.Operates general equipment such as a computer, copier, fax, scanner, and switchboard.Performs other related duties as required. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Education and Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent, and six to eleven months of secretarial or clerical experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Prefer Associates degree or higher. Working knowledge of school district processes and procedures. Knowledge:
Good working knowledge of Business English and grammar. Knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and operations. Working knowledge of the principles of office management and of modern office procedures, systems and equipment such as word processing programs, digital communication methods and switchboards. Knowledge of records and forms to be prepared and maintained. Skills/Effort:
Strong technology skills (websites, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive) and skill in the use of general office equipment such as computer programs, copiers, switchboards, etc. Ability to maintain departmental standards of accuracy in exercising duties. Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and telephone skills. Ability to interpret and apply detailed oral and written instructions. Ability to maintain confidential information. The employee must be able to meet deadlines with time constraints. Language Skills :
Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively using Standard English before groups of employees of organization. Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Other Skills and Abilities:
Ability to pass a written test. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students and the community. Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies. Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works indoors and will occasionally work outdoors. The noise level in the work environment is usually low. Working Conditions:
Conducts duties in an office environment with no significant exposure to environmental conditions. Requires ability to work under a degree of stress related to duties that require constant attention, and meeting deadlines. Physical demands are restricted to office work requiring lifting/moving of items up to 10 pounds. Occasional travel within the district may be necessary. Job requires the operation of standard office equipment. Responsibility:
