Job Description Stores Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to assist our most elite sellers as a Top Seller Assistant.
In this role, you will provide crucial support to our top-performing sellers, assisting them in delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing sales opportunities.
Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to creating an outstanding shopping experience and the success of the seller and store.

A day in the life....

Support the Top Seller in all the following, but not limited to:
Collaborate closely with our top sellers to enhance the customer experience through efficiencies that increase salesSupport the customer journey through end-to-end appointment supportSet up customer fitting room with merchandise selected by the salesperson and clear rooms when finishedGrabbing product/size swaps for the seller to remain with the customerRinging transactions and placing orders on behalf of the sellerManaging the seller's appointments, next-day confirmations, and calendarsSupport the seller's Personal Book (clienteling application) by adding customers for outreach and follow upEnsure all appointments are booked and accounted for in appointment tracking toolsFollow up with customers daily, including order delivery/canceled orders, alterations, and thank you notes Additional responsibilities may include: Support team goals and build positive relationshipsPerform daily department maintenance tasks, including stock work, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning You own this if.... Previous experience in retail preferred Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly mannerAbility to work collaboratively and support the seller without being directly responsible for sellingThrives in a fast-paced environment and works with a sense of urgencyExemplary verbal and written communication skillsExperience with digital selling tools preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
