Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team.
This candidate will support the Director of the Launchers and the Director of International.
The position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and time management skills.
The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting Directors' day-to-day operations.
What You Will Be Doing Coordinating and arranging travel details
Managing travel expense reports
Creating engaging presentations
Scheduling and organizing meetings
Undertaking additional coordination tasks as required
For a level 3, we typically look for High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education with additional specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks and 3 Years of experience.

Basic Qualifications: Advanced computer skills (strong typing and PowerPoint presentation skills).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player that works well with executives and employees at all levels.
Strong coordination skills.
Experience doing administrative tasks.
Desired Skills: Experience with reimbursements and expense reports.
Plan and coordinate meeting activities and luncheons.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and managing Outlook Calendars.
Arrange domestic and international travel.
Coordinate and maintain conference room meetings and schedules.
Schedule, setup, and run various teleconferences and teams meetings.
Timely completion of weekly reports, training, and out of office reports.
Manage SharePoint sites and shared drives.
Performs additional special assignments as required in support of staff needs.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
