Job Title: Administrative Assistant Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing administrative tasks for a station or department within WFS.
This role includes scheduling conference room meetings, reading and routing incoming mail, locating and attaching appropriate files to correspondence, composing and typing routine correspondence, routing calls to the appropriate party, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, compiling and typing reports, making copies of correspondence or other printed matter, preparing outgoing mail or packages, maintaining supplies, and ordering food for special meetings.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 18 Week(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.
Work Environment
Warehouse at the airport.
The role involves unloading aircraft and categorizing products accordingly.
This is a 24-hour operation, and the ideal candidate must be open to all shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.
Some overtime may be required as business demands.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
