TITLE: Administrative Assistant - Rental Homes
DEPARTMENT: Rental Homes Division / Atlanta Branch
REPORTS TO: Rental Homes Division Manager
LOCATION: Kennesaw, GA
HOURS: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Overview:
This position will perform various administrative duties for the Rental Homes Division.


Essential Functions: Answer incoming phone calls to the Rental Home Division from customers and subcontractors Respond to emails Call the residents of occupied units to schedule appointments for the estimators and the flooring installations Input work orders Daily Upload and scan work orders into the billing department for processing Upload subcontractor completion pictures to the google drive daily Qualifications and Skills: Prior administrative/business experience Accurate with data entry Proficient with Google Drive, Google Sheets / Docs Able to prioritize duties and complete tasks within a timely manner Flexible, able to multi-task Able to communicate clearly both written and verbally and possess good phone etiquettes Must be bi lingual (English / Spanish)
