This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, supporting team members, and facilitating communication both internally and externally.Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office including developing and maintaining office forms, scheduling meetings, preparing outgoing mail, sorting, scanning and distributing incoming mail or other materials, and maintaining the office supply inventory.Coordinate with vendors to maintain a safe and functional work environment requesting repairs as necessary.Act as a point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners. Facilitate communication by answering phone calls, responding to emails, relaying messages accurately and promptly as well as greeting and assisting visitors.Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. This includes managing office supplies, and assisting with event planning and preparation.Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely manner.
