In order to support our technicians and customers, we need a rock star office staff.
Job Summary This role would be as our Permit Coordinator. Your main responsibility would be to coordinate the permitting process for all of the jobs that our technicians complete.
Responsibilities and Duties Pull all permits with each local municipality we operate in. Schedule and coordinate all inspections for our customers. Create a strong relationship with each local municipality. Collaborate with the leadership team to implement new initiatives. Follow our proven-process to ensure every customer has a great experience with the permit & inspection process. Ability to communicate with technicians in the field. Available to work 7am - 1pm, Monday - Friday (these hours could expand as we continue to grow) Work in the office (Apex) 7am - 1pm, Monday - Friday Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma (or GED equivalent) Valid Driver's License in the State of North Carolina Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug test Technology savvy Ability to use Microsoft Office products and web-based applications An attention-to-detail that is second-to-none. Ridiculously organized with the ability to stay on schedule with customer & municipality expectations. Willingness to go above and beyond to provide feedback & new initiatives for the company. Excellent communication skills (email and phone)100% people focused - we strive to provide the best employee and customer experience in the industry. Knowledge in home service businesses is a plus Experience working in offices for electrical, plumbing and/or HVAC is a plus Benefits and Perks AstroWatt Electric is a growing company and there could be opportunities to advance into other areas of the business.
