Administrative Operations Assistant

We are currently seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to join our team. Ideal for someone proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with document management systems, this role involves working directly with the Operations Lead and playing a key role in a range of administrative tasks, contributing significantly to the smooth operations of our firm.
Key Responsibilities: Work directly under the guidance of the Operations Lead to support operational strategies and activities. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams for daily tasks and communication. Manage and operate document management systems efficiently. Provide excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization. Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Electronically uploading and managing documents Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are readily available and functional. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations. Perform other general administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented attitude. Required Skills: Strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar. Experience with document management. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Previous experience working directly with an Operations Lead or similar role. Optional Skills: Experience with Airtable. Experience with Zapier or other automation software.
