Administrative Specialist

Administrative Specialist Salary range: $50,000-$60,000, generous benefits package Media Borough is seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist with exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
The individual will manage administrative tasks associated with the front office, as well as the public works and codes departments.
The individual should be comfortable in evaluating operational efficiency of existing programs and making recommendations for change.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is necessary.
Experience with local government, code enforcement software and/or Generative AI a plus.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week starting on January 2, 2025.
