We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to help drive their daily operations forward. Responsibilities: Coordinating and leading meetings and serving as liaison between local, state, and federal programs Provides detailed reports of individual activities and progress Has the ability to analyze, interpret, and apply policy appropriate to circumstances Researches and interprets federal, state and local law, regulations and policies Works independently and prioritize work assigned Effectively and consistently communicates with program stakeholders Exercises excellent judgement and decision making Preferred Qualifications: A bachelor's degree required Experience in grants, emergency management, public health and/or policy a plus Compensation & Benefits: $20-25/hour Contract-to-hire opportunity GREAT benefits including 401K, PTO, health insurance once hired on permanently
