Responsibilities
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions in accordance with customer requirements• Responsible for managing CalCloud onboarding, adoption, and adherence of assigned key customers• Support Departmental Director with customer agreements, written and cost proposals• Prepare reports in support of departmental metrics• Support tasks associated with new client onboarding• Support data entry and/or updating information for asset management system, CRM, ERP, and other business systems as required
Requirements
• Associate degree AND 2+ yrs work experience (OR, High School Diploma/GED with 4+ year's work experience) in professional office environment as administrative support or Customer service.• Proven ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization• Excellent listening, verbal and written communications skills• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment• Ability to accept coaching, prioritize competing tasks, flexible• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills• Excellent time management skills, Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, excel level 2 experience, Google Apps, OneDrive or other collaborative software
