1. Ensures that patient and resident care is at the center of every decision that is made in
the daily operations.
2. Infuses the Diversicare Mission, Core Values, and Service Standards in the daily
operations.
3. Assist in ensuring that State and Federal regulations are implemented and followed
with minimal citations.
4. Ensures that Diversicare policies, guidelines and standards are implemented and
followed specifically for assigned departments and areas of responsibility.
5. Assist in ensuring that quality care and services are provided to all patients and
residents and that it meets the satisfaction of the patient, resident, family, physicians
and other partners.
6. Assist in ensuring than an effective Quality Assurance and Process Improvement
(QAPI) Program is in place in the center.
7. Assist in ensuring that an effective Workforce Management Program is in place
specifically for assigned departments that includes timely performance management,
recruitment, onboarding, orientation, training and employee engagement.
8. Ensures that effective stewardship is in place specifically for assigned departments to
meet budgetary commitments.
9. Participates as a center leader in the community and assists in the implementation of
the active business plan.
10. Seeks assistance and works collaboratively with region and BSC support teams to
meet center business plans and commitments.
1. BS Degree from an Accredited College in Healthcare Administration or a related
healthcare field preferred.
2. Experience in the post-acute care setting preferred.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage team performance in fast paced environment
5. Demonstrated strength in communication, organization, planning and management.
