Hours: 40 hours/week. Mon-Fri. 9am - 5pm

through workforce education. Skillpoint's workforce education programs provide rapid workforce
training to participants, preparing them for entry-level employment in four to eight weeks in high
demand industries. Our vision is that every citizen has access to a successful career pathway. SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Admissions Administrative Assistant position is a full-time position and is responsible for
supporting the Admissions team with Administrative processes. Assist with daily phone
inquiries and directing queries to the relevant member of staff or department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
- Answer front desk phone calls and routing them to appropriate Skillpoint staff
- Check and respond to voicemail messages
- Assist Admissions team in scheduling appointments with applicants
- Assist the general public with questions and information
- Review Skillpoint's internal student database, Airtable, for new applications and contact
new applicants to begin the enrollment process
- Assist Admissions team with collecting, scanning and uploading documentation into
applicant's folders
- Insure enrollment packets are always available
- Greet and prepare applicants for enrollment appointments
- Assist with sorting and distributing incoming packages and mail to Skillpoint staff EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Qualified applicants will possess:
? High School diploma or equivalent
? Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
