Job Description: Admissions Support Representative


Location: Mesa, AZ
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Start Date: Monday, 10/14
Interview Date: onsite group interview THIS Wednesday or Thursday at 10am
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Schedule: Varies between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
(Candidate must be available for any of the following schedules:
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM8:00 AM - 5:00 PM9:00 AM - 6:00 PM10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)About Us: An amazing college in Mesa, AZ is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Admissions Support Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities: Reach out to prospective students via phone and email to provide information about college programs and enrollment processes.Schedule campus tours and follow up with prospective students to ensure a positive experience.Perform data entry tasks related to student inquiries, applications, and enrollment.Make outbound calls to potential students to offer guidance and support through the admissions process.Collaborate with the admissions team to meet departmental goals and deadlines.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus.Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work a flexible schedule between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
