Adobe Aem Test Lead

Extensive experience (Minimum 6 years) in testing tools and testing methodologies, defect management, RTMs.Experience required in Black Box, Regression, Risk Based testing.Person will be in charge of test execution, hands-on validation, and certification of software readiness.Experienced professional with experience of delivering multiple Adobe AEM Based Platform where multiple tools are integrated and work seamlessly to deliver the target system.
Minimum of 4 years experience required on AEM.Testing experience in Digital Marketing/Experience platform and multi-lingual sites built on Adobe AEM.Candidate with working experience on testing below tools will be preferred:Personalization: Adobe Target, Adobe Launch.Person needs to have skills of executing an author role as this job needs usage of templates, components, and integration to create multiple sites and language derivatives considering e-commerce flow.Responsibilities: Prepare test cases & execute test procedures and/or scripts either manually or by automated tools.
Track and report on the test execution in a timely manner with attention given to achieving a high level of quality.Gather and document the outcome of test executions and all information needed to support ongoing measurements and reporting on risks, defects, tests, and coverage.Analyze reports discrepancies to determine the root cause and evaluate script failures at a high level.Compare and analyze system behavior vs. expected results/KPIs based on business and technical requirements.
Identify issues, propose system improvements, and perform repetitive test execution to resolve identified issues.Participate and contribute to internal design reviews of testing materials.
