The Adolescent Therapist Role at Guidelight Health
Guidelight Health is looking for dedicated Adolescent Therapist to provide PHP/IOP services to adolescents.
We are excited to find innovative mental health professionals to enrich our programs and deliver top-notch care to our clients.
Therapist will provide direct care to clients admitted to Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) level of care; conducting initial evaluations, group therapy, individual therapy, case management, and crisis management to clients.
Collaborates within a interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment within the scope of the therapist's training, experience, and competency.

Requirements: Qualities of a Guidelight Health Adolescent Therapist
Clinical experience working with Adolescents
Understanding of a variety of modalities including DBT, CBT, ACT, MI
Confident in Group Therapy
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Flexibly and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of clients in a fast pace environment
Demonstrates understanding and appreciation of cultural inclusivity and diversity
Ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole preferred.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related program from an accredited college or university.
License-Eligible program.
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) preferred.
2 years of clinical experience in higher level of care; including IOP/PHP, inpatient, residential emergency room experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems
