Summary of Position: Penta Brand Strategy is seeking an Ads Campaign Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience to assist in implementing digital advertising strategies developed by our directors and creative leadership. This role involves supporting digital ad campaigns, ensuring their smooth execution, and collaborating with the creative team to optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and possess foundational knowledge in digital marketing. Responsibilities: - Assist in the execution of digital advertising campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization - Work closely with senior team members to understand campaign strategies and objectives - Help manage and update campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvements - Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of campaign assetsSupport the preparation of performance reports and presentations for clients - Help maintain organized records of campaign documentation, including insertion orders and creative assets - Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to contribute to the team's knowledge base Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience - 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field - Basic proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics - Experience using performance data and metrics to measure impact and assess improvements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple, competing prioritiesEagerness to learn new skills and contribute to a dynamic team *The above should be viewed as more of a guide, not a check-list; If you meet some but not all of the experiences listed, we strongly encourage you to submit an application* Salary Range: The base salary range for this position will be $57,000 -$87,000, depending on a candidate's experience and qualifications as it relates to the position.
