Adult Home - LPN $40-50/hr
We are looking for multiple compassionate, professional, and enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to oversee designated units within our facility while promoting collaboration across various disciplines.
Here, LPNs are tasked with delivering patient-centered care and support to our residents.
They must adhere to and contribute to individualized care plans in line with nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
The role involves working both collaboratively and independently, ensuring clear and constructive communication with team members, patients, and their families.
This position offers a pay rate of $40-50 per hour.
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional nursing care to residents Administer nursing treatments, procedures, doctor orders, and care plans Recognize urgent or emergency patient care situations; seek assistance from the RN and/or medical staff and initiate appropriate emergency interventions as directed or needed Document incidents with or without adverse effects to the veteran and refer to RN for follow-up and/or investigation
Qualifications: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in MA Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license Must have at least 1 year of LPN experience
