As a Full-Time Nocturnist, you will provide high-quality inpatient care during overnight shifts, coordinating with hospital departments and multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive the appropriate level of care.
You will work closely with primary care providers, specialists, and patients' families to manage admissions, conduct overnight rounds, and oversee patient care.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of healthcare professionals.

Required SkillsDemonstrates expertise in communication, able to work with team members, PCPs, specialists, nursing directors, and hospital departments to facilitate patient care.Provides patient care in a manner consistent with Group standards, medical staff by-laws, pathways/best practices.Knowledgeable regarding an Adult Hospitalist scope of practice.Able to work typical nocturnist hours.Demonstrated leadership abilities.Excellent customer service skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.Independent performer.Required ExperienceCurrent California Medical license.Graduate from an accredited Medical School.Graduate from an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency program.Three (3) years direct patient care hospitalist experience preferred.Evidence of continuing education and self-development to support license requirements.Board Certification: Board certified or board eligible.Address: 1225 Wilshire Boulevard
