Duties to Include:Supervision and Coordination of administrative and clinical staffManagement of all clinical, administrative, and operational functionsOverseeing financial processes in the officeRecruiting, training, and counseling personnelEnsuring quality patient careSchedule surgeries and treatmentsMaintain OSHA complianceRequirements include:Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a medical office environment - highly preferredMinimum 1 year of experience in a Dermatology Office - highly preferredCurrent CPR certification and continuing education complianceKnowledge of medical computer programs, billing, and insurance codingKnowledge of medical terminologyStrong written and verbal communication skillsCompensation/Benefits (*Eligible for Full Time Employees):Benefits packagesPTO/6 Paid Holidays/Floating Holiday/Vacation Time
