Ford Model E is responsible for developing the key technologies and capabilities – such as EV platforms, batteries, e-motors, inverters, charging and recycling – to create ground-up breakthrough electric vehicles. Responsibilities: Support Design Engineers in the development and testing of Ford's next generation batteries. Assist in the development of power electronics, power units, and vehicle systems. Contribute through multiple stages from initial concept through production validation. Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or related field. Experience in battery technology or electric vehicle systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
