Advanced Practice Clinician - Rural Health Services (Hiring Immediately)

**Description** ** _Summary:_**Responsible for the overall comprehensive care provided to the patients in theCHRISTUS SETX Health System. NP will coordinate care with the Medical Directorutilizing training with the scope of their practice, conduct patient educationand ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with the regulatingagencies and organizational policy. Will also participate in communityagencies and organizational policy; participate in community events andmarketing opportunities involving the CHRISTUS SETX Health System. The NP willcoordinate patient management and individualize a plan of care for eachpatient, working closely with the Medical Director and other team members.Shehe will take medical histories, perform physical exams, order andinterpret laboratory studies and provide treatment to patients with chronicdiseases.
