Position Highlights: Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) - Advanced Heart Failure Location: Glenbrook Hospital, Glenview, IL Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Hours: 4 10-hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. One weekend every 4 weeks.
Required Travel: Evanston Hospital What you will do: Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience What you will need: License: Current Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse License in the State of Illinois required.
DEA & Illinois Controlled Substance License required.
