Advanced Practice Provider - Family Medicine - Maryland Heights, Mo - Full Time

SSM Health is actively recruiting for a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in Maryland Heights, MO.

In this role, you will:
Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes This is a Monday-Friday schedule with 32 patient-facing hours and an 1:8 on-call schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program Current Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in the state of Missouri Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Compensation and Benefits:
