Akron, Wooster and Barberton**Responsibilities:** Creates an individualized, evidence-based plan of care* Performs procedures appropriate type of services provided at the standard of care* Orders and prescribes appropriate medications* Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans* Maintains patient confidentiality* Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records*Experience:*To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:* Required PA or NP licensure in the state of Ohio* DOT certification* Ability to work well independently evaluating and managing patients* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Experience working with Experity a plus!Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals and make a difference in the lives of our patients.Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
