About This Role
You will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end service delivery for medium to large accounts, ensuring that our operations not only meet but exceed client expectations. This role involves strategic planning, demand forecasting, issue resolution, and client relationship management to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute operational plans specific to client accounts.
Forecast demand and prepare accordingly to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address and resolve any issues related to project planning, resourcing, and client concerns efficiently.
Create and implement innovative strategies to meet evolving client needs.
Maintain and enhance client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with contractual agreements.
Develop long-term strategies for application services that align with client goals.
Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies to improve our service continuously.
Ensure budget compliance by managing expenditures and identifying financial discrepancies.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on application enhancements and integrations.
Lead, mentor, and support project team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Who We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least nine years of experience in support services, project, or program management.
Robust background in the technology sector, ideally with exposure to healthcare applications.
Experience in healthcare claims processing is preferred.
Proven project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to operate both independently and as a team player.
Flexibility for occasional travel (0-10%).
