As an Advisory Board Member, you will be responsible for working with investors and raising capital as we launch GoNo Food Finder, a Foodtech/Healthtech SaaS company with multiple patents and software to resolve what foods are good or bad for each person based upon their individual medical conditions, wellness goals, taste profile, sensitivities, allergies, sports, diets, and more, all backed by third-party, peer-reviewed clinical studies from major research organizations such as Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, Harvard, etc.
Compensation: Compensation is in equity.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies for raising capital in the form of grants, loans, convertible loans, equity, partnership revenues, licenses, etc. from various sources, such as Angel Investors, Institutional Investors, Venture Capitalists, Private Equity, Non-Profit Organizations, Government, Strategic Partners, Cooperatives, Customers, Competitions, etc.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Create a comprehensive investment strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.Conduct thorough research and analysis of various investment options. Evaluate investment opportunities based on asset class, market trends, and industry dynamics.Prepare regular investment performance reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Communicate investment performance, market updates, and portfolio reviews effectively to support decision-making processes.Be accountable for performance within specific timelines.Have your own contacts, connections, and relationships who are probable candidates for investing in GoNo.Find, develop and nurture new investor candidates.Work with existing investor candidates of GoNo.Maintain absolute confidentiality of GoNo and all its constituencies, partners, and prospective investment candidates.Uphold and adhere to company tenets.About GoNo Food Finder: GoNo is a healthy Foodtech Healthtech AI company with a patented recommendation engine and a Mobile App that determines which foods are good or bad for an individual's medical conditions and wellness goals.
